RDIF: Tunisia registers Sputnik Light as universal booster

MOSCOW, Dec 29 (PRIME) -- The Health Ministry of Tunisia has registered Russia’s one-shot COVID-19 vaccine Sputnik Light as a universal booster, the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) said in a statement on Wednesday.

Tunisia registered the two-shot vaccine Sputnik V in January, the fund said.

As of today, the Sputnik V vaccine has been registered in 71 countries with the combined population exceeding 4 billion people, while the Sputnik Light vaccine has been approved in more than 30 countries.
